A new bill before Congress authorizes the Department of Homeland Security to establish a network of federal facilities, the camp for use in the home of American citizens in the event of a national emergency.
Centers of national emergency or Human Resources Law 645 provides for the establishment of a national emergency to be located on military installations for temporary housing, medical care and humanitarian aid to individuals and families displaced by a disaster or major emergencies, according to the bill.
The Act also provides that it will use the camps to provide centralized locations to improve response coordination and preparedness and recovery efforts of the Government, private sector entities and non-profit organizations and religious organizations.
Worrying, as the text of the draft law and which can be used in the camps to meet the needs of another occasion, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security, State Open, which many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in case of rioting and large-scale after a national emergency or economic collapse .
Meteorologists predicted the credibility of many of the riots and revolutions in America that dwarf those observed in the past in countries such as Iceland and Greece.
With military personnel in active service have already positioned inside the United States under Northern Command, in part, for the purposes of crowd control, fears that Americans would be incarcerated in concentration camps are all too real.
